Angela Campbell, Ph.D., is an expert on adolescent identity, relational development, gender issues in education, and youth empowerment programs such as rites of passage. As an emancipatory pedagogue and professor of educational foundations and policy, Campbell is committed to excellence and improving the quality of teacher education programs via infusing social justice themes to produce equity and positively transform society.

Alexis Clipper

Director, Pharmacy Operations at UPMC Health Plan

Alexis Clipper has strong skills in Managed Care, Healthcare Information Technology, and Medicare. Clipper has worked for the past two years as Director of Pharmacy Operations at UPMC Health Plan. Alexis has years of previous experience in the health care industry, including over eleven years as Sr. Manager of Pharmacy Operations for UPMC, five years as Health Economics Coordinator, six years at Highmark as Medicare C&D Compliance Consultant, and six years as Senior Product Specialist (Medicare Advantage).

Dina L. Clark

Head of Diversity & Inclusion, North America - Covestro LLC

Dina Clark has over twenty years of professional expertise in diversity & inclusion strategies, equity, access, anti-bias education, employee and community engagement, and leadership development. As the first North American Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Covestro LLC, Clark implemented the diversity & inclusion strategy & built the department. This includes spearheading global, national, and local diversity & inclusion strategies & initiatives for Covestro’s offices across the U.S. and working in collaboration with the headquarters in Germany & offices in Mexico to achieve sustainable results.

Eric Holmes

Police Commander at City of Pittsburgh

Eric Holmes supervises a police zone of eighty-five officers that provide various public safety functions including: law enforcement, criminal investigation, special events operations and patrol functions. Holmes provides leadership, motivation, and direction as well as commanding critical incidents. Eric’s past efforts have included coordination with the United States Secret Service (USSS) official visits by Presidential candidates in the 2016 Presidential election cycle, as well as work with other Law Enforcement agencies on high profile visits to the City of Pittsburgh, (including 58 official visits in 2015 and 2016 by members of congress, the governor, and foreign heads of state).

Jessica Brooks, MPM, PHR

CEO/Executive Director, Pittsburgh Business Group on Health

Jessica Brooks leverages education, advocacy, and partnerships to best serve business members and their greater communities. Since joining PBGH in fall 2013, Brooks has rapidly advanced its public profile with a consistent stream of innovative alignments with community organizations and spearheaded the business community’s response to a public battle between southwestern Pennsylvania’s two largest health care providers and insurance carriers.

Arnetta Kelly McCormick, SHRM -SCP

Arnetta Kelly McCormick is an experienced Human Resources Director, a strong operations professional, and is skilled in Career Development, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Team Building, and Technical Recruiting. McCormick has been working as Vice President of Human Resources – GetGo since February 2019. Prior to that she spent over 18 years as Director Enterprise of HR/Distribution/Logistics & Supply Chain. In that position Kelly drove HR functional excellence through deployment of Learning & Organizational programs, ensuring quality of processes and content alignment with the Business in order to achieve desired goals and objectives.

Lance Hyde has emerged as an award-winning thought leader and change agent in the supplier diversity space for more than a decade. Hyde launched international initiatives credited with increasing bids for diverse firms and several multi-million dollar joint ventures, including EQT’s annual Supplier Diversity Matchmaking Event. In the past seven years, Lance has been honored with eight prestigious awards for his dynamic leadership, community involvement and supplier diversity innovation.

Dr. Latika D. Davis-Jones

Assistant Deputy Director, Allegheny County Dept. of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health, Bureau of Drug & Alcohol Services

Dr. Latika D. Davis-Jones is a Government administrator, educator, and business owner specializing in: Public Policy, Needs Assessment, Program Evaluation, Quantitative & Qualitative Research, Program Development/ Planning/Management, Psychometrics; Data Analysis, and Report and Manuscript Preparation. Dr. Davis-Jones is also currently teaching at the University of Pittsburgh-School of Social Work. In addition, Latika serves as President/CEO of Evaluation, Training, and Consulting (ETC.), Inc., evaluation, training, and consulting services to non-profit, for-profits, federal, and governmental agencies.

Michael D. Thomas

Michael Thomas has responsibility for several teams within the Corporate and Institutional Banking segment of PNC, serving as an Executive Vice President of PNC Bank and Senior Managing Director of PNC Capital Markets. Within PNC Capital Markets, Thomas manages the Real Estate, Business Credit and Equipment Finance Loan Syndications teams and is responsible for product strategy and loan originations in each of these businesses.

Vann Williams

Senior Manager Service Desk Americas at Wabtec Corporation

Vann has been busy working on Wabtec’s latest merger of GE Transportation. As Senior Manager Service Desk America in the Information Technology department, William’s responsibility has grown tremendously. The number of employees Vann’s group supports has grown from 6000 to 12000, and he is challenged to grow the team in a way that supports the business’s needs as well as keeps costs in line.
