The Advanced Leadership Initiative (TALI) launched in 2018 with a vision to dramatically improve the regional presence of African Americans in executive leadership roles thus helping to create a more diverse, inclusive and prosperous community.
To achieve this vision, The Advanced Leadership Initiative partnered with Carnegie Mellon University to create the Executive Leadership Academy that builds the pipeline of talented, highly-skilled African American leaders in the Pittsburgh region.
The importance of this vision has never been more critical. The time is now.
